Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
